DPI E-Portfolio week8-week9

 Week 8

The start of full-scale production

              Fig1.1 Updated poster

I placed the objects based on the digital sketch. In addition to that, I also prepared additional objects. In the sketch, I planned to place a bridge in the upper left, two cows in the lower right, and a person in the lower left, but I excluded them because I wanted to balance the image and because multiple people would be reflected in the image if they were in the poster.

I placed the stone walls, station, and train at the bottom, and used the warp function of the transformation to create a spiral. The grassland and the brick buildings are curved to match it.

I'll try to think of some ideas for adding things by next week and some animation ideas for the magic screen.

 Week 9

               Fig2.1 Double Exeposured

Using the double exposure technique I learned in class on the poster I made last week, I projected a skeleton onto the bear, cherry blossoms onto the stone wall, and the Sansa Festival, a traditional festival in my hometown, onto the station. When I create the animation, I want to make it so that these images emerge.

              Fig2.1 Double Exeposured

I had been designing it vertically, but I changed it to 3000x6000 horizontal. The Magic Screen submission was in landscape mode. However, the only edits I made were to move the bear to the side and the background. I think the train looks more impressive by changing it to the side.

Next week I'll add animation to it and complete it.

I made a magic screen animation with reference to a video production tutorial video. As planned, I made the double exposure processed parts pop out, and the brick building fade-in animation. I'm happy that my hometown has become a moving poster.

 Reflection

I feel like I'm gradually getting to know how to use Photoshop through this assignment. I made a lot of mistakes this time. The biggest mistake was not dividing the layers into too many. Because of that, when I wanted to fix it later, I couldn't edit it and there were many tasks I gave up on because there was nothing I could do. Next time I edit, I'd like to make layers and groups in detail to create an environment that makes it easier to edit later.
